We specialize in manufacturing distribution transformers from 10KVA to 5000KVA capacity with primary voltage of 11KV, 22KV and 33KV and secondary voltage as per customer's requirement.

We manufacture Furnace/Rectifier Transformers up to 5000KV capacity with primary voltage of 11KV, 22KV and 33KV and secondary voltage as per customer's requirement.

The high quality of our trusted products provides very good capacity to withstand short circuits and load fluctuations. The type tests and quality controls that are carried out ensure that the Furnace/Rectifier Transformers are of outstanding quality and almost maintenance free.

The extensive testing performed for each design of the Custom Designed Transformers ensures that the requirements of the customers are fulfilled.

Air Break Switches (or Isolators) are manufactured for 11KV and 22KV primary voltage. The design and high quality construction of it makes it practically maintenance free. We manufacture both HORIZONTAL and CENTRE ROTATING type Isolators.

The isolators are Type Tested as per IS 9921 in recognized laboratories like CPRI, Bangalore and ERDA, Vadodara, ensuring high quality.

We manufacture RADIATORS for all type of Transformers. Being in the power industry for a long time, we bring in our technical expertise in manufacturing radiators.

RADIATORS are essential to cool the transformers to avoid rapid electrical performance degradation especially at higher temperatures. The radiators are manufactured taking into account the various factors that affect the thermal performance of them. The Width, Length and Height of the Radiator that affects the performance by affecting the heat transfer area are carefully designed depending on the capacity of the transformers for which they are used.

The plates used in RADIATORS are formed from cold rolled steel to maximize prime heat transfer surface.

With the in-house testing facility we make sure every radiator is Pressure Tested using compressed air and 100% leak proof. Consistency being our strength, we promise our customers nothing less than the best, always.

The LV and HV metal parts are manufactured for all type of transformers. We use the best quality copper and brass rods to get the optimum current output. The "mm thread" at the ends helps tighten the screws with extra grip.

Tap switches in transformers are used to regulate the output voltage to the required level. This is done by changing the ratio of the transformers on the system by altering the number of turns in one winding of the transformer.

The tap switches we manufacture have a long life and low maintenance and designed to withstand all conditions. The manually operated tap switches are manufactured with 30 and 60 Amps capacity for 11KV, 22KV and 33KV voltage category.
